Purpose: Obesity is a well described risk factor for the development of colorectal cancer. Some data suggest that obese patients with advanced cancer may have improved outcomes. Limited evidence exists in case undergoing hepatic resection liver metastases. Sarcopenia has been associated poorer outcomes treated chemotherapy, but there are limited examining these resection.
